Our four-week test on wavy, mid-back-length hair in Chennai humidity showed the 4-day claim holds for straight-to-wavy hair, and comfortably delivers 3 days of frizz-free smoothness for wavy-to-curly. This is meaningfully better than the 2-3 day performance of most mass-market conditioners, and justifies the price premium if your hair is coarse enough to benefit from the richness.
