Rosemary extract has some real hair-care credibility — a 2015 clinical study compared rosemary oil to 2% minoxidil for androgenic alopecia and found comparable improvement. That does not mean a rinse-off conditioner delivers minoxidil-equivalent results (concentrations and delivery are very different), but the ingredient is not marketing fluff.
